MAHLE in North America ended 2025 with over 12,000 employees occupying more than 22 cities. MAHLE is represented in the region by the business units; Powertrain and Charging, Thermal and Fluid Systems and Lifecycle and Mobility. MAHLE has two R&D facilities in the United States.
All light vehicle and truck OEM’s with production operations in North America are supplied by MAHLE. Beyond this, MAHLE also supplies products to other Tier 1 suppliers operating within the Powertrain and Charging and Thermal and Fluid Systems business units.
Motorsports and Aftermarket customers in the region are served by operations within our Powertrain and Charging and Lifecycle and Mobility business units.
